It has been my experience that transformation has only occurred when I step out of my own path momentarily, and surrender to the present moment with trust, accepting things as they naturally are without judgment.
This means getting out of my head, recognizing when my ego is chiming in, releasing attachments to outcomes, quieting that incessant inner critic and calming my thoughts so that I can let my Higher Self speak up.
