I’m Tony, and I’m really glad you’re here!

Picture it: a life of food (and mood) swings, where I yo-yo dieted my way from childhood right into my early fifties. Life was a never-ending food drama, with me losing and gaining pounds like a pro, all while feeling like I was a total failure, stuck in a nightmare with no end in sight.

Each ride on the swing took a bite out of my self-esteem until there was barely a crumb left.

But hold onto your salad forks! I hit rock bottom at 370 pounds in 2017 when a scary vacation illness led to an epic journey of self-discovery and food revelations. Within a couple of years, I had shed 150 pounds, felt healthier than ever, and was happier than I had ever been.

I really thought I had the food demons conquered, but surprise, surprise! The universe decided to serve up more lessons in January 2021.

Now, I’m on a mission to spill the beans (and maybe some quinoa) on my journey, in hopes that my crumbs of wisdom can help others wrestling with their own food challenges.
